Jacques Lange

Jacques graduated with a BA (FA) Information Design degree from the University of Pretoria (UP) in 1988. He joined Bluprint Design in 1990 where he is still partner and creative director. He has a passion for teaching and has been a part-time lecturer at UP in Information Design since 1990 and study leader in Visual Communication since 2006. He actively engaged in design profession management and  was president of the International Council of Design from 2005 to 2007, and co-chaired the International Design Alliance.

Jacques is also a curator and designer of exhibitions, and writes extensively on design issues. His design work has received more than 25 awards and has been featured in local and international publications, as well as in exhibitions and museum collections in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
